CONSENT TO JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW, GENERAL PROVISIONS
You consent to personal jurisdiction and agree to exclusive venue in the State of Indiana and in the courts in such state located in Vanderburgh County, Indiana and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in any proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or these Terms. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, notwithstanding any conflict of law principles of the law of such state.
